01 Are your ceramics dishwasher safe? +
Yes, all our dinnerware and everyday mugs are fired to stoneware temperatures, making them highly durable. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, for sculptural pieces or items with delicate glazes, we recommend gentle hand washing.
02 Do you accept custom commissions? +
We take on a limited number of custom commissions per season, primarily for full dinnerware sets or large statement vessels for interior designers. Please reach out via our contact form to discuss your project.
03 Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we ship within North America and Europe. Ceramics require careful and substantial packaging to ensure safe arrival, which affects shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
04 How long does a pre-order take? +
Because each piece is made slowly by hand—from throwing on the wheel, to trimming, slow drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing—pre-orders typically take 6-8 weeks to complete before shipping.
